Exchange Policy

We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, Exchange policy is only valid Nationwide. Any article purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase from receipt by courier.

 

·         Articles are qualified for change only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and original invoice is present. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.

·         In such a scenario, please call Customer Care at +92304-1118081 for further details. Refunds are not in cash usually; we prefer to exchange product instead of refund. However, in any exceptional case, refund can also be facilitated which can take up to 15 working days as per the bank policy.

Provide all the required information to our friendly representatives and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.

·         Fragrances, Face-Mask, Key chain, Mobile covers cannot be exchanged.

·         For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
