Exchange Policy

We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, Exchange policy is only valid Nationwide. Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase from receipt by courier.

 

·       Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are unused, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition and the order invoice is present.

  •       Articles purchased at a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange and are refundable. 
  •       Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  •       No cash refund.

Provide all the required information to our friendly representatives and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will schedule the pick-up from your doorstep.

·         Fragrances, Face-Mask, Key chain, Mobile covers cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.

·         For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number to arrange an exchange.

        Note:
Actual Products color may vary slightly from the image. Please allow a 1-3 (cm) difference due to manual measurement. During the sole period, both order processing and delivery may take longer than usual.
